Hi!
We are so excited to welcome you back with open arms. We wanted to update you on all the changes we have made to make sure our salon is a safe haven where you can feel comfortable and relaxed.
Before you come into the salon we are asking you to please:
- Arrive alone for your appointment
- Wait outside in fresh air until you are notified that you can enter the salon
- Sanitise your hands when you arrive at the salon
- Practice social distancing around anyone else inside the salon
- Please bring your bank card or contactless payment as it will be cashless payments only

Here are some of the measures we have implemented:
- Safety screens up in between sections, at basins, reception and anywhere social distancing cannot be achieved
- All tools and equipment will be sanitised before each guest
- All staff members will be wearing visors
- Disposable towels, gowns and aprons will be used
- We will be operating a one-way system, entry to the salon will be at the front of the shop and you will exit through the rear door.
- New cleaning routines are going to be carried out. A tick system will be used by staff members for sections. You will see a tick on your mirror before you sit down this is done as confirmation that the section has been fully disinfected after last use.
- We will not be able to provide a space for coats and jackets
- Staff members will be having their temperatures checked on arrival to work daily.
- All bookings will need to be done via telephone on 01992 464025 or via our online booking on our website www.vintagerocksalons.co.uk or via social media.
- Coffee and refreshments will not be served as normal although we will still provide bottled water to each guest which we ask you take with you when you leave.

We are also kindly asking customers to reschedule your appointment if:
- You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
- Have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days

Whilst all these things may seem extreme to some, we urge you to respect the guidelines we are implementing for your own safety and for all other guests and staff who are present in the salon. To ensure we can obtain these precautions we are going to be charging an additional £4 Covid-19 surcharge to all guests whilst these measures are in place. Please note we will not be profiting off of this fee. We hope that these measures make you feel excited to come to the salon and assure you that you can be confident that you are in safe hands!
